Note:

• We will response your order by giving you total price that need to be paid.
• The payment should be made max. 3 days, otherwise we will cancel the order.
• Customer that has already made the payment, should notify us by text message / WhatsApp / email.
• The package will be shipped after we received the payment.
• We will inform the shipping register number to customer.

Special Order For Non Ready Stock Items / Indent Items:

• Customer has to paid 30% down payment for the special order of non ready stock items / indent items.
• Availability of non ready stock items / indent items is about 2-4 weeks (depend on supplier location, stock availability in the market and shipping process from supplier which mostly from the abroad).
• Once the items ready, we will inform the customer and customer should pay the rest of payment (70%) before we ship the package to customer.

Special Order via Company's Purchase Order:

• We accept Company's Purchase Order.
• Firstly, we will inform the stock availability.
• We will send quotation to Company.

• When the stock is ready, we will inform Company to pay the order before we send the package to the address which stated in Purchase Order.
• Company which has payment policy: only paid after received the goods (with term of payment), we can deliver the goods to the company before the payment. Company must pay before the invoice due date. (Note: This method is only available only for Company which has special arrangement with us).
